Looking for that previously posted beef tongue picture lead me to a folder containing lots of old images from past meals at Kyoya and brought back memories of all kinds of other dishes that are no longer on their ever-changing seasonal menu. And as much as I loved their tongue, the dish I miss the most is this one… their cold cherrywood smoked Hokkaido scallops with the most amazing “crunchy” miso dip!
